I like the location that it's safe and quiet. Also, I'm a runner so I like that it's close Ibirapuera park. Also the location is close to some nice restaurants and tourist attractions like MASP, Parks etc.

Excellent location with many good restaurants and shopping centers. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. We came back tired after work so it was convenient for us to eat at the hotel’s restaurant, every dish we tried was great and fulfilling. Breakfast food quality is one of the best we have had. Hotel service was professional and always helpful. Room was spacious and relaxing with a balcony which was great to sit to enjoy an early tea/coffee after waking up. Will definitely come back.

Excellent location. Welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom and shower with plenty of clean towels etc. Spacious and comfortable sitting room. TV with English-speaking channels. Well-stocked fridge and snack bar. Friendly and very helpful staff: Concierge, reception, housekeeping and restaurant. The fact that it was possible to open windows and not have to rely on air conditioning!

The staff were excellent. They helped me when KLM failed to put my luggage on the plane that got me to Sao Paulo. The room was excellent. The hotel, in general, is very good. The restaurant is decent. The location is very good. The staff were the standout.

Very spacious and well equipped suite. Lots of attention to details of comfort, such as beautiful bed linens and a turn-down service. Roof top pool is small but a real bonus in such a hot environment. Everything is clean, modern and well designed. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Had a fabulous massage, arranged at fairly short notice, by a very accomplishes masseuse/Shiatsu practitioner. Again, the price was very reasonable. The hotel is well positioned for all the bars, restaurants and high end shops along Rue Oscar Freire and Loreno.

Good location for most things. Safe neighborhood with some of the best restaurant options in town in walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Great value, especially if you need some extra space for working.

The breakfast was fantastic. Coffee made to order if desired. Omelettes made to order. Huge buffet with wonderful fruits, yogurts, cakes, pastries, and way more items than one could possibly eat. They changed the offerings daily and the service was very fast.

The valet parking was easy and fast, and it was close to Paulista area so easy to navigate the streets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
